Stress

We all lead busy and often stressful lives and this can impact on our health. Stress can manifest in low energy, headaches, stomach problems, aches and pains, anxiety or jaw clenching.

Whatever the cause of stress it registers in the body; calming the nervous system and releasing physical restrictions can be very beneficial. Craniosacral and muscle activation techniques are useful in treating stress and both are suitable for adults and children; teenagers in particular can benefit especially around exam times.
